JUST Recycle IT Ltd supplies new IT products, professionally refurbished IT equipment and numerous other products via eBay and our eBay store. Our items offered for sale are all from Australian distributors or corporate asset management contracts or a number of carefully chosen partners.

SHIPPING
Delivery is by Auspost Registered Post or via a contracted courier company at our discretion. Our Handling, Postage and Packing Fee ranges from $2.50 to $ 100 depending on the item type, weight and size. The exact charge is clearly shown on each listing or the option for you to calculate your own charge using the Auspost calculator.
We guarantee to ship your item within 5 working days of receiving your CLEARED funds. If we fail to ship within 5 days of receipt of cleared funds, we will refund the cost of your shipping!
If the item is sent by Auspost Registered Post, we will obtain proof of postage from Auspost and this is where both the title and risk in the item passes to the purchaser.
SIGNING
If the item is shipped by courier, we will notify you of the shipping reference for you to track its whereabouts online. If your item is shipped via a courier, you must be available to accept delivery at the delivery address.
ADDRESS
Please note that we DO NOT deliver laptops to addresses which do not have an Australian Postcode so please ask us for our approval and DO NOT bid if you do not have an Australian Postcode. Our courier CANNOT deliver to PO Box Addresses or overseas so address must include an Australian house number and Australian road name. We will request you supply an Australian landline phone number before shipping the laptop.
Finally we DO NOT deliver any laptops, of any description, to any address outside of Australia unless payment is made direct into our bank and NOT by paypal.
COLLECTION
Items can be collected Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 16:00, by prior arrangement only as we are not always on Site. We DO NOT open for collections on a Saturday or Sunday or any public holiday.

Are the products for sale brand new?
Unless the description clearly states that the product is new, then the product has been professionally refurbished.
What is a 'professionally refurbished' product?
The product has been previously owned and should be expected to show signs of previous use ie slight scratches, minor cosmetic marks and minor cracks. Professionally refurbished products are by their very nature pre-owned computers. However they will have been fully tested, completely data-wiped and thoroughly cleaned.
The product will then have been passed through our 25 point checking process before finally passing through to our Quality Control Manager for final sign off. Most professionally refurbished products are pre-loaded with the correct operating system as per the product licence and drivers will be installed for the components within. However the operating system and drivers are NOT supplied on disk and it is the purchasers sole responsibility to create whatever backups they require.
Please expect there to be some cosmetic marks, scratches and minor cracks associated with a pre-owned computer. In respect of laptops there is also the possibility of Pressure Marks on the screen which are caused from the screen touching the keyboard when the lid is closed. This is common and is not a fault. There may also be a small number of pixels not working on the screen, but again this is common and is not deemed faulty, unless more than 10 are out. If there are any more than this number it will be clearly identified in the product description.
All products are fully working regardless of the cosmetic condition
What is a 'tested' product?
Tested products have been powered on and tested for basic functionality. They are then packaged and despatched. Items will not be cleaned and may have labels and security markings affixed. All tested product items carry a 5-day RTB warranty unless stated otherwise within the auction.
What is a 'bought as seen' or 'untested' or 'Spares / Repairs' product?
Occasionally we offer product that are described as bought as seen or untested or Spares / repairs. Products that are thus described are supplied with NO warranty. Due to the quantities of product we purchase, we are unable to test all and as such we seek to pass this product on to keep to our strict stock rotation policy. Product offered as thus will not be cleaned and may have labels and security markings affixed.
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU EXPECT THESE PRODUCTS TO BE FULLY OPERATIONAL, THEY MAY WORK HOWEVER SOME MIGHT NOT. TREAT THE AUCTION AS A GAMBLE - WE WILL NOT TEST ANY PRODUCT HERE. WE ARE NOT SELLING ITEMS THAT WE HAVE TESTED AND KNOW NOT TO WORK UNLESS WE CLEARLY STATE THAT THEY DO NOT WORK.
ALL ITEMS LABELLED AS BOUGHT AS SEEN OR UNTESTED OR SPARES / REPAIRS ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE AND WITH NO RIGHT OF RETURN WITH NO EXCEPTION.
Is there a Warranty available on the product I'm buying?
Please see the warranty details on the auction you are interested in – it will be clearly indicated. ANY ITEM SOLD AS 'BOUGHT AS SEEN' OR 'SPARES / REPAIRS' OR 'UNTESTED' HAS NO WARRANTY.
What happens if the machine does not work when I receive it? (excludes items sold as 'BOUGHT AS SEEN', 'SPARES/REPAIRS' OR 'UNTESTED')
In the unlikely event of this happening, you can contact Customer Services. If notified to us within 7 days, we will exchange the unit if we have a replacement available - unless sold as 'untested' when we will not entertain any returns or refunds. This may however not always be possible because of the limited availability of auction stock. In which case we may offer you an alternative machine (at least to the same specification) or we may choose to give you a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We supply only hardware support. This does not include support for the operating system or drivers installed on the product. We do NOT cover any software support on your product

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer, Personal Cheque (please allow upto 10 days to clear), Postal Order or Cash on collection. All payments must clearly detail the item number and delivery address. Full GST invoices are available to be posted out to you upon request, after delivery.
INSURANCE
Due to past problems with Auspost, we now give you the option to add insurance to all auctions / goods to allow us to recover ther costs of damage in transit and missing items. If you choose not to add insurance then all carriage is entirely at your own risk.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS
Any person who wins an auction and has not provided cleared funds within 10 days of the auction close (unless as agreed in writing by JUST IT Outlet will be deemed to be a non-paying bidder (NPB). The NPB will be expected to pay JUST IT Outlet $30 within 15 days of the auction close in order to (a) cancel the legally binding contract between the 2 parties and (b) cover the non-refundable costs which JUST IT Outlet has incurred in listing and then re-listing the item.
UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS
Any paypal payment received above $65 in value from an unconfirmed paypal account will not be shipped. Please use an alternative payment method or call us for advice 1300 587 887.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By bidding on these auctions, you are entering into a legally binding contract, and are agreeing to the following terms:
- Unless otherwise agreed, all sales made by JUST IT Outlet are made on these conditions of sale. No variation of these conditions of sale are effective unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of JUST IT Outlet.
- Bids can only be placed whereby the delivery address is within Australia.
- You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing your bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.
- You are wholly responsible for thoroughly reading and understanding the product description and by placing your bid you are acknowledging the goods described as being clear and accepted.
- Buyer agrees to pay the listed P&P fee for Handling, Packaging and shipping to the Australia only, which will not include insurance.
- Final price includes GST.
- Cleared funds are required prior to despatch of the goods.
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person, and notified to JUST IT Outlet within 24 hours of delivery. JUST IT Outlet is unable to accept the return of goods without prior authorisation. Upon authorisation, JUST IT Outlet will furnish the buyer with details of its carrier and instructions on how to arrange for a collection at JUST IT's expense.
RETURNS
Goods returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery.
Where a machine is sold with a warranty, this excludes the battery. Batteries are covered by a "Dead on Arrival" warranty which means we guarantee it to be working when it arrives with you, although do not promise the battery life will be significant. All batteries are untested and (unless otherwise specified) NOT WARRANTED as batteries are "consumable products".
All auctions have a 7 day return DOA warranty, (if item is not functioning upon receipt, notification to seller must be made within 7 days in writing), otherwise all items are sold "as is" with no other return policy. Most products sold are in exceptionally good condition, however, some may have scratches or marks. Do not expect a NEW product, unless that is specified in the ad.
Goods authorised for return to JUST IT Outlet which upon inspection are not faulty will be deemed as an unauthorised return and the buyer will be liable for the cost of the return ($30) and for the subsequent cost of having the item shipped back to him/her ($30).
Goods which have an alleged fault upon delivery will be collected by JUST IT Outlet and be repaired or replaced. Such goods will not be refunded. If the alleged fault is non-existent, the buyer will be liable to pay a $60 no fault found fee.
Any software changes, configuration changes (including operating system changes, username changes, password changes) made by the buyer will be deemed to be an acceptance of goods and JUST IT Outlet reserves the right to either refuse the returned goods or charge 25% of the original price paid in order to return the unit to its original state and consequently accept the return of the goods.
Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer's warranty, then the buyer must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer and not with JUST IT Outlet.
